Urgent Care
If Something Is Wrong Today
Call us straight away if your pet is struggling to breathe, has collapsed, keeps vomiting, is bleeding heavily or may have eaten something toxic. A male cat straining in the litter tray without passing urine also needs a vet the same day. In summer, a dog that is panting hard, drooling and unsteady after a walk may have heatstroke.
Ring before you set off. The vet will tell you what to do on the way and get ready for your arrival. If this clinic is closed, call us anyway and we will tell you which of our clinics can see your pet.
How we handle emergencies in Silicon Oasis
Why The Ark
Care Worth Choosing, Close to Home
Silicon Oasis is a community of flats, townhouses and long working days. We run the clinic so that a visit fits around that, with late opening, parking a few steps away and one team that knows your pet's history.
Licensed veterinarians
Every consultation is with a veterinarian licensed to practice in the UAE, supported by trained nurses.
Diagnostics on site
Blood tests, X ray and ultrasound are done here, so many results are ready during the same visit.
Care built around the animal in front of us
A nervous cat, an elderly dog and a parrot need different handling. We give each one the time it needs and explain every step to you.
Right here in Silicon Oasis
Binghatti Pearls is a short drive from Liwan, Academic City and Dubailand Residence Complex, with RTA parking and the Silicon Central Mall car park close by.
Clear prices, agreed first
You hear the cost before treatment begins. If the plan changes, we speak to you again before going further. See our prices
Grooming with a vet on hand
Our groomers work inside the clinic, so a lump, a sore ear or a cut paw found in the bath can be shown to a vet before you go home. See pet grooming in Silicon Oasis

What Pet Parents Say
What Pet Parents Say
We recently took our dog, Meeescha, to The Ark Animal Clinic in DSO for a full grooming session, and the entire experience was excellent… The complimentary health check was a lovely touch. The vet and his assistant were very thorough, patient, and gentle.
I live in the DSO area for around five years now... I chose the apartment where The Ark Animal Clinic is located because I have 2 fur babies... I always do mandatory grooming once in two months, have done teeth scaling procedure, and I have also tried their boarding facility overnight”
The Ark Animal Clinic in Dubai Silicon Oasis. We have been there several times now - for our cats' vaccinations, sterilizations, and even for injuries. Each time, we felt exceptionally well cared for... After our visits, we even receive personal WhatsApp messages from the doctors asking how our cats are doing"
"I was so stressed about my kittens Azi and Safi as they were getting neutered..... Neutering for kitten boy and girl went well and I decided to do blood tests as they're only 6 month old. Thankfully all well... I'm pleased I chose the clinic to put my kittens in trusted hands."

About Our Veterinary Clinic in Silicon Oasis
Our Silicon Oasis clinic opened in February 2024 as The Ark's first clinic in Dubai. The Ark has looked after animals since 2013, and the same team approach runs through this clinic: vets, nurses, groomers and reception working side by side in one building at Binghatti Pearls.
Pet parents come to us for very different reasons. One brings a new kitten for her first vaccinations, another a dog who has stopped eating, a third a rabbit whose teeth have grown too long. We give each of them the same thing: a proper examination, a clear explanation and a price agreed before we start.
What We Treat
We treat dogs, cats, birds, rabbits and other small pets, from routine care to surgery. The clinic has its own laboratory for blood and urine tests, X ray and ultrasound, an operating theatre, and hospital space for pets who need to stay with us under observation.
Routine visits cover check ups, pet vaccination in Silicon Oasis, parasite control, microchipping, dental care in Silicon Oasis and neutering. When an animal is ill, we can test, scan, operate and keep them in hospital without moving them to another site, which matters when a pet is weak or in pain. Diagnostic imaging in Silicon Oasis is read by the vet treating your pet, so you hear the result from the person who will act on it.
Outside medicine, we offer pet grooming in Silicon Oasis, standard and luxury boarding, daycare, and pet food and accessories at reception. We also prepare health certificates and travel documents for pets leaving the UAE.
How Our Clinics Work Together
Every Ark clinic in Dubai works from the same patient records. If you move across the city, or your pet needs care on a day this clinic is closed, the vet who sees you can open the same file, with test results and vaccination history. Specialist procedures such as endoscopy and orthopaedic surgery are planned with you and your pet's vet.
Living With a Pet in Silicon Oasis
Most homes here are flats, many of them on high floors. Cats fall from balconies and open windows more often than owners expect, so fit a net or mesh before your cat discovers the view. A fall from even a few floors can cause broken jaws, chest injuries and fractured legs.
Summer heat shapes every dog walk. Pavements and paved paths get hot enough to burn paw pads by mid morning, so walk early, after sunset, or on grass. Short nosed breeds such as pugs and French bulldogs overheat fastest.
Ticks are common on the grass and sand around Dubai and can carry tick fever (ehrlichiosis) in dogs. Year round parasite control protects against them. If your pet spends long days alone while you work, daycare or a midday visit can help, especially for young dogs.
Dubai Municipality requires pet dogs to be microchipped, vaccinated against rabies and registered. We can help with the vaccinations, microchip and paperwork in one visit.
